We really are ecstatic about the complete remodeling work you did in our three bathrooms, and the fine quality installation that we have enjoyed for over three years-since Christmas of 2024. If somebody was scheduled to work on any day, the guy showed up on time ready to work. Any schedule changes were given to us at least the day before so we werent waiting at the house for someone who never showed up. The only problem with Martin is once hes done work for you, NO ONE ELSE CAN COMPARE! We had both of our bathrooms done. The process was completely painless. All aspects of the construction went according to the schedule that Martin drew up. When you start construction you will have no surprises. All trades show up when scheduled. One of the things we were dreading the most was the mess. All of Martins Subcontractors were neat and clean beyond our expectations. Now lets talk QUALITY. The work ethic and attention to detail during the whole process was outstanding. Most construction jobs require a certain amount of compromise when it comes to the finished product. You look at the job and go, it looks pretty good but there are always some flaws. This is not the case with Martin. Everything is perfect, or it is redone. Our experience with Martin Moss was completely positive and would recommend his services to anyone that wants the BEST.

For me, the two most important aspects of Martins work are his attention to detail and his willingness to provide a little necessary repair years after window installation. I especially appreciated his commitment to fine workmanship by improving the structure of an outside door that had been poorly built. He also framed all sliding doors which were not originally framed. He definitely cared about my satisfaction! AND he loved my dog!

Bob and I had done an exhaustive search through numerous contractors. What we liked about Martin was his positive can-do attitude. We were interested in putting in a pocket door. The other contractors said it couldnt be done. Not Martin, he assured us it could be done. Martin had all supplies needed for us to make decisions on windows, countertops, flooring, cabinetry, and hardware. It was convenient for us not to have to run around to different suppliers to find the items we needed. Martin gave us the time frame in which the work would be done and true to his word it was finished on schedule. Martins specialists are competent, with good work habits. They are neat and gracious, and are considerate of the inconvenience remodeling does to the householder. Martin was always here in a timely manner to make sure the work was done properly. Would we use Martin and his team again? Yes, in a New York minute.

Martin first did work on our house back in 2024. We had just bought a fixer upper and the first project on the list was to demolish and remodel the kitchen. We didnt have a lot of money and Martin helped us make decisions that would keep us within our budget. We couldnt have been happier with the work performed. The job was on budget, on time and of the highest quality.

Since that project back in 94 we have also remodeled two bathrooms, a master closet, all of our windows and doors, the entire front faade of the house, and more.
